Colloq’s Code Of Conduct

All users of our service are required to agree with the following code of conduct. The service owners will enforce this code at all time. We are expecting cooperation from all participants to help ensuring a safe environment for everybody.

The Quick Version

Our service is dedicated to providing a harassment-free event and event service experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion (or lack thereof), or technology choices. We do not tolerate harassment of our users in any form. Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate on this service anywhere, including private messages. Users violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the service without a refund at the discretion of the service owners.

The Less Quick Version

Harassment includes offensive comments related to gender, gender identity and expression, age, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, ethnicity, religion, technology choices, sexual images in public spaces, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, harassing photography or recording, and unwelcome sexual attention.

Users asked to stop any harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately.

Sponsors or other third-parties are also subject to the anti-harassment policy. In particular, sponsors should not use sexualized images, activities, or other material. Administrators, moderators or other staff should not use sexualized clothing/uniforms/costumes, or otherwise create a sexualized environment.

If a user engages in harassing behavior, the service owners may take any action they deem appropriate, including warning the offender or immediate expulsion from the service with no refund.

If you are being harassed, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact the service owners immediately.

The service owners will be happy to help users contact law enforcement, or otherwise assist those experiencing harassment to feel safe for on the service. We value your membership.

We expect users to follow these rules at our service, at events and workshops.

This Code of Conduct has been adapted from We maintain a custom modified fork of it so we always have an original source and can control and review changes independently. This ensures no malicious changes are incorporated and visible on our customer’s event pages.
