Frontend developer, Head of Accessibility at the Government Digital Service, long distance triathlete and London Accessibility organiser

Alistair Duggin is Head of Accessibility at the Government Digital Service and is responsible for making sure that GOV.UK is as accessible as possible.

He was a frontend developer at the BBC for over 11 years with roles including Lead Frontend Developer and Accessibility Champion on the BBC 2012 Olympics websites and Principal Web Developer on BBC Weather. More recently, he has been Lead Frontend Developer at the Money Advice Service and on Pension Wise for HM Treasury.

Alongside his work, Alistair is a long distance triathlete and organises the Accessibility London Meetup.
